Well first its worth mentioning, the score for this game only represents the online multiplayer modes. UT has never really been a single player game so if you do not have access to an internet connection, this is probably one to stay away from as you wont be able to enjoy the true beauty of this great game. Thats not to say there isn’t a single player campaign with AI Bots that put up a good fight and some of the FMV sequences are amazing but it lacks any real depth and serves more as a training ground for the games online modes. There is a vague story line to it, but hey with these weapons, who gives a damn?
If you do have an internet connection and you love your heart pumping ten to the dozen, palms sweating and head in a daze because you just got a rampage and need that last kill, then this my friend is the game for you!
With so many multiplayer games on offer and a vast array of weaponry, it is pretty hard not to fall in love with this trigger happy shooter. My favourite weapon has to be the rocket launcher, with its single fire, triple fire, spiral fire and grenades. Just fire it and watch that blood fly!! Or the Bio-rifle that fires acidic green snot that melts anyone that comes into contact with it.
Great visuals, infact they’re gorgeous, right on par with the PC version. Talking of PC’s this is the 1st FPS shooter on the PS3 that has Keyboard and Mouse support, just plug into the usb slots and you’re away, the speed to target makes a real difference to these games as I’m sure you know, so its a nice touch to stop all those PC geeks moaning.
The sound is also worth a smile, the thunder of teh battles will rock your 5.1 to high heaven.
I could talk all day about this game, but just writing this is making me want to boot it up right now to get a few headshots in, so if your looking for an edge of the seat multiplayer death kill frenzy, do yourself a favour and go grab a copy.

Storyline:
The American and British army must join forces in an attempt to save Europe and Asia from a devastating alien invasion which threatens the human race! The alien force know as the Chimera also have a deadly virus that turns humans and all life forms into more Chimera (scary stuff!). You play as Nathan Hale an American soldier (who just happens to be a a crack shot, hard nut with a decent aim) who must single handedly save the human race from this invasion.

Brilliant 1st person shooter, for both single player missions and online gaming with amazing graphics and smooth play. Online Gaming has maps with up to 40 people in, allowing for fast packed fun and action. Including an awesome array of weapons from the traditional shotgun to the super advanced ‘bullseyes’ which allows you to tag (lock on) to a target and drill them with bullets. A must have for all Playstation 3 owners
