As we reported early this week E.A. are hard at work on Home.  Among a list of over 20 developers the super giant E.A. are slowly releasing information regarding there first dip into Playstations answer to secondlife.

There first revelation came at CES when they revealed that they are working on it and a few videos started flying around the net.

Now confirmed the E.A. space will bring a whole heap of gaming goodness which will all be free!! Yeah free, looks like E.A. have milked us enough and are finally giving us something back.  The only price players will have to pay is some exposure to EA Sports advertisements that appear on the billboards and posters in the virtual world.  NICE!

It will bring Poker, golf and a racing game and is said to hold up to 50 people at once.

Many Grand Theft Auto gamers have been experiencing online multiplayer issues on the PS3. Many users when trying to connect are told that they can not connect to the game provider. This problem has been identified as a problem with the Rockstar servers and not the Sony or the playstation network. So while PS3 owners are being left fustrated and annoyed about the lack of online action, Xbox 360 owners are happliy gaming.

Reports are in that Sony are looking into the issues - any further news will be posted, fingers crossed these problems will be resolved soon.

According to various sources, Take2 have sent out an agreement to all retailers of GTAIV that they must sign, confirming that they will not sell or ship GTAIV until Monday the 28th April.

The site, which promises to give GTA IV gamers a chance to compare game statistics whether they play on Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3, invites gamers to ‘pre-register’ from tomorrow. The Social Club is open to anyone with an Xbox Gamertag or a PlayStation Network ID and offers gamers the chance to win awards.

Features of the social site include the LCPD Police Blotter, a virtual map that tracks the most dangerous areas of Liberty City, and the Story Gang – a single player leaderboard.

Other features comprise the 100 per cent club, where the first to complete 100 per cent of the game are recognised, and the Liberty City Marathon, a ranking of milestones achieved in the game.

Rockstar has revealed the Social Club will be available for all of their future titles, and is believed to be the first time cross platform gamers have been able to compare statistics.
